Job description

This is the role we propose to you!

  • developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and offering Human Resources administration support;
  • helping clients through e-mail, phone, online calls and in person meetings in payroll, HR, labor legislation issues;
  • -prepare the legal required documents for employment contracts initiation and closure;
  • update all the employment changes related to the individual labor;
  • support in the preparation of the payroll for temps following both existing labor and corporate policies;
  • support in the fulfillment of all reporting requirements resulted from the above activity to Romanian authorities, to employees and to other institutions as described in the existing labor;
  • support in the preparation of financial and corporate reports and commentary by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information;
  • co-operate with the accounting department and the controller so that the company has up-to-date and reliable information concerning the payroll activity


Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • minimum 4 years of work experience in payroll execution in a company of 200+ employees; preferably previous experience in recruitment and staffing agencies;
  • excellent knowledge of payroll administration;
  • excellent knowledge of the Romanian labor law;
  • excellent knowledge of payroll software programs;
  • organisational skills, accuracy and detail orientation;
  • bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
  • energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach'
  • university degree;
  • medium English level
