Job description

Main duties include activities such as:

• Define the needs in relation to the manager, write and publish job offers, ensure sourcing,

• Organize and carry out recruitment interviews,

• Supervise the relationship with the recruitment firms used (invoice, identification of new firms),

• Implement the training plan within the budget: proposal of educational programs, planning, selection of training organizations, evaluate their services,

• Optimize the training budget

• Drafting and monitoring of hiring proposals

• Relationship with the external service provider for the drafting of contracts, amendment

• Preparation of hiring files (documentary collection)

• Organization of medical visits

• Payroll service provider interface (sending variable items, clocking in, leave) and payroll distribution,

• Follow-up of vacation schedules,

• Maintained various reporting tables for the site manager and for HR group,

• Proposal of new tools within a defined budgetary framework (in particular implementation of a leave monitoring tool with identification of tools, proposal of targeted quality solutions and deployment monitoring, then management),

• Identification of good HR practices (legislative watch, competitive watch) using social networks.




Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor Degree

• At least 3 years experience acquired in an HR department and in an IT environment.

• Knowledge of social legislation, labor law

• Proven experience in recruiting IT profiles

• Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and tools

• Knowledge of HR management tools (recruitment, training, administration)

• Mastery of IT tools - office automation and social networks

• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of French a plus.

• Being able to manage several files at the same time

• Very good management of priorities and capacity for synthesis

• Ability to manage a budget and deadlines

• Good communicator
