Job description

You will be responsible for:

  • the development and implementation of local Retail Network Plan based on guidelines, directives and standards given by regional management and local regulations
  • managing local network activities, so that they are being done according to retail strategy and Network Portfolio Optimization
  • negotiating Real Estate acquisitions / Renewals / Disposals / sublease and construction and maintenance contracts 
  • supervising the planning, construction, operation, maintenance and disposal of assets and equipment in order to maintain a proper technical level
  • monitoring progress, benchmark performance and ensure timely reporting and primary liaison and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • leading, supervising and developing your team
  • optimizing internal and external resources for achieving timely delivery of plan, ensure transparency


What you need to have:

  • at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • University Degree
  • good leadership skills
  • good communication skills
  • strategic thinking
  • Romanian legislation & market knowledge
  • very good English knowledge
  • project management experience
