For our client, a well known multinational company, from entertaiment industry, we are looking for an Office manager. You have to be very organized person, with minimum 2 years experience. It's a new role with real professional development oportunities. 


What you have to do:

  • Responsible for all reception duties, providing company information, and directing calls;
  • Involved in the development and implementation of corporate events and conferences;
  • Supporting colleagues with travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Supporting colleagues with courier and post arrangements;
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems;
  • Support teams with various administrative tasks (preparing letters, presentations and reports etc);
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.);
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders;
  • Assist in vendor relationship management;
  • Health and safety - ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date;
  • Organizing induction programs for new employees.


Ideal candidate:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working in administration roles;
  • PC literate - good knowledge of Office;
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills;
  • Multitasking & able to coordinate different members;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • A can-do attitude and ability to get things done;
  • Service and people-oriented;
  • Fluency in Business English, both written & spoken.
