As a packaging machine operator, you will work in a printing company specializing in high-quality in-mould labels used by injection molders. You will be responsible for setting up the packaging machine and ensuring smooth production according to the production plan. Your duties will include, setting up machines, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues, packaging finished labels, and maintaining precision in the production processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in the finishing department and take on more advanced tasks over time, including punching, cutting, and wrapping labels.
● Early shift: 5:15 AM – 1:15 PM
● Late shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

● Strong skills in machine setup and quality control.
● Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and maintain production tolerance.

● Hands-on, problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
● Proficiency in English B2 + (Dutch encouraged) and rotating shifts.
● Good physical condition

The starting salary is 19,07 euros/hour (shift premium included). The salary is paid weekly.
