Job description

We are looking for a Construction Manager in Mija, Dambovita who will be responsible for the entire construction lifecycle—from site handover to 
commissioning—ensuring strict adherence to the budget, timelines, and technical requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 
● Site Management: Taking over the site, performing preliminary measurements, and 
organizing workflow structures. 
● Subcontractor Coordination: Managing the activities of collaborating firms and 
monitoring the supply of materials to the site. 
● HSE & Safety: Managing the operational safety plan and ensuring strict compliance 
with Health & Safety (SSM) and Fire Safety (PSI) regulations. 
● Delivery & Feedback: Overseeing final measurements, project handover, and 
managing any client feedback or claims. 

 

 

The contract is for a fixed period of time, 10 months with the possibility of extension depending on the client's ongoing projects.

Requirements

   Bachelor's degree at Faculty of Civil Engineering (ONLY)   
● Solid experience in coordinating civil/industrial construction projects (experience in 
the energy sector is a major advantage). 
● Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on planning and strictly meeting project 
schedules. 
● Integrity, loyalty, and a solution-oriented attitude within a team environment. 
● Rigorous attention to technical details and labor protection standards.
