We are looking for experienced professionals in the area of payments for an Accounts Payable Specialist role with German language skills, in a top international company specializing in professional services and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Process and validate invoices from external suppliers according to internal procedures;
Monitor payment transactions and manage urgent payment situations;
Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams;
Reconcile accounts and manage outstanding balances;
Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions if necessary;
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and activity migration;
Prepare and update documentation related to processes (DTP);
Support operational teams in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1.5 – 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on payments;
Advanced knowledge of German and English (minimum B2+/C1 level);
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in an international environment;
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement orientation;
Willingness to travel for the knowledge transfer period (Berlin).
