why is our workmonitor study important?
Over the past 20 years, Randstad Workmonitor research has captured the voice of the global workforce and shown that employee needs are dynamic, evolving with changes in the labor market and the economy.
We listen to the voice of employees around the world about what they want and expect from their employers and how much they are willing to demand.
