We continue the series of success stories with our colleague, Cornel Feraru, a true example of evolution and determination within the Randstad team and a true source of passion and motivation that inspires everyone on his team. 

In August 2021, a classic hot day of the period, Randstad gets an "upgrade" - Cornel Feraru joins the team. (And no, he didn't come with an instruction manual!) Cornel takes over as Team Leader with all his fresh energy and a smile on his face. Although he was brand new to the company, he integrated very quickly and started making great friends with his other colleagues.

With each passing day, Cornel proved to be a true master at managing the team. And just like that, in just two years, he was promoted again and became Branch Manager.

"Motivation comes from the results of my teammates and the satisfaction of my partners for whom we manage to do a good job. Of course, the development opportunities and challenges I encounter daily are also a source of constant motivation."

"The advice I give, including to my teammates, is to be patient, to give yourself time to learn and, above all, to understand that in recruitment, results don't come overnight, but it takes effort, perseverance, resistance to stress and a very, very good understanding of the partners' needs." (and lots of coffee! Yes, even if you didn't mention it, we all know it's essential!)

Besides work, Cornel is a puzzle enthusiast and car traveler.
"I love driving because it always recharges my batteries and also helps me reach beautiful places, full of positive energy." But what really makes him happy is Italian culture, from Italian movies to their food, cities and language.
