hr trends 2024
"Randstad Romania HR Trends 2024 is the tool that supports employers this year to be one step ahead in the human resources market. The research provides answers to many concerns related to attracting and retaining talent. We find, for example, that the predominant solution among companies to respond to workforce challenges is to offer training programs (68%), which is also confirmed by the Workmonitor 2024 research, which shows that Romanian employees are interested in this aspect. Just over half of employers are thinking about increasing their salary as a solution to HR challenges, while this is the most important factor for employees (96%), on par with work-life balance. Aligning employer-employee expectations is a key to long-term organizational success at the human resources level,"
