We are looking for a Work Package Manager to join our AUSY team in a challenging project in Bucharest (hybrid work-model). For this role you will manage and monitor the whole engineering activities of the project solution or BID. You will also define the system development plan and process, practice and tools based on the project/BID constraints in order to guarantee the quality of the engineering solution delivered to the Customer. You will be accountable for scope, quality, budget and schedule.

responsabilități
- Participation to software development (design and coding) and maintenance activities;
- Assessment and schedule of the engineering activities to ensure that milestones and quality of the deliverables are met as committed;
- Ensure integration and verification of the solution by working closely with the Integration Lead, Project Design Authority (PDA) and Verification Validation and Qualification Manager (VVQM);
- Organize and moderate workshops on technical issues within the scope of ongoing or upcoming projects;
- Identify and formalize the project requirements and scope with the appropriate support needed;
- Responsible for the requirements integrity and consistency throughout the project execution;
- Challenge proposed design to fit it better with the project constraints, if necessary;
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time within workload by coordinating the sub-system level execution;
- Create the project team workload planning in cooperation with Delivery Center Manager and Team Leaders;
- Anticipate, identify, consolidate and monitor the technical risks and related action plans;
- Report to the project manager (PM) on schedule, progress, risks and workload;
- Collaborate with the customer on the technical aspects of the project execution;
- Develop competences and skills of team members according to project needs in cooperation with Team Leaders and Technical Leaders;
- Structure and master the project delivery process, coordinate the teams, keep right balance between time, costs and quality.
calificări
- Working experience in project management;
- IT/Programming knowledge;
- Knowledge of biometrics field would be an advantage;
- Analytical and structured working approach, ability to work on own initiative and within a team;
- Good knowledge of SW development processes;
- Ability to understand and debate on complex technical issues;
- Creativity, flexibility, negotiation and communication skills;
- Experience in leading workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope if needed;
- Knowledge of products, security, standards requirements;
- Experience in facing and mitigating risk, anticipating issues and creating opportunities;
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Be highly organized and a good multi-tasker;
- Be detail-oriented and be able to solve problems quickly;
- Interpersonal skills (sociability, self- control, empathy, assertiveness);
- Customer oriented / multicultural interaction;
- Proved willingness in taking over responsibility;
- Technical University Degree (. in Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, Automation Systems or other related fields).
