    Job description
    • responsibility for global hardware and software, including Microsoft Cloud services;
    • maintenance of patch and security management of servers and client devices; 
      monitoring of server, storage and network systems;
    • error analysis of hardware and software problems and provision of solutions;
    • maintenance of documentation and training material in regards of internal infrastructure;
    • support for employees in the office and via remote support for any IT related questions;
    • documentation of Incidents in the internal ticketing System;
    • user administration (Identity Lifecycle Management);
    • support of the IT-management in regards of the yearly budget planning;
    • participation in planning, coordination and implementation of internal IT projects. 


    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or similar;
    • 3 years of experience as a system administrator in Microsoft environments;
    • Microsoft 365 (O365), Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams ;
    • experience with Active Directory, DNS, GPO, RDS, IIS, NPS, TCPIP;
    • Virtualization: VMware
    • experience with backup solutions and operations (Veeam);
    • PC/Laptop and servers diagnosing problems and troubleshooting;
    • operating systems: Windows Client, Windows Server;
    • network administration: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN;
    • excellent communication skills and team player;
    • high level English;vailability to travel.
