• Collects business requirements and evaluates them in terms of business opportunity as well as technical implications.

• Organizes the business requirements into technical requirements and manages the timeline of implementation.
• Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Circulating and obtaining acceptance sign-off.
• Monitors executions of tasks to ensure delivery in agreed timeline.
• Follows up on implementations and quality of deliverables.
• Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Acting as intermediary between the project stakeholder(s), Software Development Manager and Development Teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and action to influence roadmap and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Writing good quality user stories and acceptance criteria so that a developer can work effectively.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience in working on software projects.
• Experience of understanding a business or a process and presenting it in a structured way e.g. Business Process Modelling, Use Case modelling and/or User Story development.
• Experience of capturing user needs and requirements in a number of ways e.g. workshops, structured interviews.
• Experience with projects that require integration with external APIs
• Experience of writing requirements (Functional and Non-Functional).

• Possess the ability to work collaboratively to formulate and identify solutions
• Have a proven track record of producing requirements to a consistently high standard.
• Are well organized, responsible and dedicated with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
• Have strong internal and external stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ideally be familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps, and experience of utilizing Agile software development methodologies.
