Job description
You are working in daytime when you start as an production worker, from Monday till Friday from 08:00-16:30. This will only be until week 36 or week 40.
After those weeks you are going to work in 2 shifts. Times: 06.00 - 14.30 / 14.30 - 23.00

-mediation contract from Romania, followed by Dutch employment contract in Netherlands
- Employees must be able to understand, speak and read English.
The work instructions are in English. It is also very important that they speak and understand English! The communication on the work-floor and with the coworkers is in English and they need to understand it for the safety of the employee and the coworkers.
Offer
As a production worker you will make the body/mold/convert the bus.
The bus is made of composite, parts are poured into a mold. Parts are glued together there is no screw or drill involved. It is important to be able to read and interpret instructions well. A small miscalculation can lead to major financial consequences. The different parts of the bus are cut, which requires precision and accuracy. It is important to work well together since the parts are of large size. Safety and quality are the most important pillars. Is the mold ready then it goes to the assembly hall.
As an assembly worker you will be adding fixtures and electricity to the bus.
The work is divided into 5 different stations.
Each station has pre-assembly, assembly and inspection these activities require technical expert.
You will be working at different workstations.
If you have experience in a technical function, for example as a car mechanic, assembling large electrical appliances, then you can definitely add value to the final result of an electric bus.
The bus will be sold to different countries around the world.
Salary: 14.61 euro/h+ additionals.
