    As a Business Development Specialist at Randstad Romania, You will be part of a dynamic team with enthusiastic and professional people guided by a "Can Do" attitude. 

    You will work closely with our Strategic Account Manager and you will receive all the support you need regarding the B2B Sales Process. 

    We are looking for a very passionate and eager to learn person with great communicative and negotiation skills to bring more value to our Sales Team. Do you think you could be the one?

    What will you do:

    • Managing the full-cycle of the sales process;
    • Contacting potential clients through different channels (call approach, mail approach, Linkedin), promoting and selling the company's services;
    • Responsible for the bidding and contracting stages with the clients;
    • Expanding the client portfolio and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients;
    • Achieving sales targets and revenue;

    What makes you a good fit for the role:

    • You have min 1 year of experience in a similar position;
    • You are very communicative and you can easily establish interpersonal relationships based on trust;
    • You are a result-oriented and proactive person;
    • You have negotiation skills with a consultative approach;
    • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    • You can easily execute the sales process (prospecting, contracting, visits, farming, etc.) in a creative and professional way;
    • You have the ability to outline a general perspective on the clients' business and make logical connections based on the information you receive;
    • You have excellent spoken and written Romanian and business English.
