Job description
• Promote the Company and its products within the markets;
- meet and visit the existing clients;
- meet prospective clients to present the commercial offer of the Company pursuant to the
directives of the Company;
• Collect and manage customer’s orders/needs, as well as their suggestion of new products,

promoting the innovation and challenging the Product Development team;
• Suggest the budget for the COUNTRY Sales department, along with its Activity Plan and make
sure of the achievement of the defined KPI's;
• Ensure the communication of the budget to local sales teams, as well as its implementation;
• Support pre-sales, after-sales, customer service and marketing activities, namely in what refers
to local clients' complaints, technical support and doubts' clarification;
• Support the different Key Account Managers and present them the characteristics of the local
reality (client and consumer trends);
• Identify target opportunities and promote the relationship with the sales team in order to
anticipate and satisfy global clients' needs (through the knowledge about the different local
branch offices).
Requirements
- Graduate in management / market / sales / engineering or others
- 8 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Office package (SAP knowledge as additional advantage).
- Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver
- High level English
- Availability to travel
