    • Managing IT security by planning assessments, performance reporting, updating policies and security measures, performing business impact analysis, risk assessment and an overall business continuity strategy ensuring recovery capabilities;

    • Address and troubleshoot security problems.

    • Working experience in managing IT security by planning assessments, performance reporting, updating policies and security measures, performing business impact analysis, risk assessment and an overall business continuity strategy ensuring recovery capabilities;
    • Previous working experience in project management: planning, measuring progress of project work, managing risks/costs and reporting on progress;
    • Ability to write structured documents in a clear, concise and accurate manner;
    • Cybersecurity awareness, trends and hacking techniques;
    • Working experience with regulations for critical infrastructures;
    • Capability to address and troubleshoot security problems;
    • Working experience using Windows for security solutions, Firewalls (functionality and maintenance) and endpoint security;
    • Management of a SIEM solution (preferably ELK) and security tools (Sysmon, TheHive, MISP);
    • Previous use of AD Security, PIM, PAW and other security mechanisms of Microsoft/Azure environment;
    • IT security specifics for I&C/SCADA environment would be preferable;
    • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
    • Ability to facilitate dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.
