Requirements

You have at least two years of experience as crane operator class E (overhead crane with remote control) with valid certificate, and Forklift operator qualification, with valid certificate
In addition you have a high school or vocational school degree and good knowledge in the field of health and safety at work, general and specific legislation on health and safety, at work, fire prevention and extinguishing, health, and hygiene rules specific to the workplace
You have both communication and teamwork skills and you have good knowledge of English

Offer

As a Crane Operator you are mainly engaged in the preparation and verification of the crane for work, performing operations of loading, transport and unloading of loads, signaling the malfunctions occurred, ensuring that the loads are fixed / anchored by the load binders with the special devices provided, to ensure safety during transport, as well as when loading / unloading the contents of the load
Following the safety policies and procedures outlined in the safety manual, implementing the working speed of the crane for the transport of loads horizontally and vertically, depending on the restrictions imposed by the route, the type of load, the way of fixing / anchoring the load, as well as the environmental factors, will be pat of your role
Further you are responsible for positioning the crane in the safest position to safely load / unload the contents of the load, also when stopping the crane you will ensure the security of the control cabin and blocking the access to the crane's control and power devices., you will repair the malfunctions and you will instruct and direct work of others, as required
