Requirements
- electrical or mechanical or equivalent degree.
- At least basic knowledge of electricity.
- Positive reference!!!
- Relevant work experience
- Good level of English!!
- Willing to learn Dutch (this will be evaluated after 1 year and necessary to get a contract extension

You will sign a 1 year contract with the employer immediately. (no interim/agency employment required).
After 1 year, you will be evaluated on language skills (you need to learn Duth!!) and overall performance. If positive you will sign a permanent contract!
A car is not necessary. Accommodation will be around 5 to 6 km so you can get a bicycle to cycle to work.
You will work in 2 shifts, rotating early and late shifts.
Bed- and Breakfast/hotel accommodation will be paid up to 3 months maximum – first month
100 % (no rent to be paid) - next 2 months at 700 euro rent per month, deducted off salary.
Gross hourly salary: 16.4098 euro gross per hour at the start
● After 1 month 16,6611 Euro / hour
● After 6 months 16,9180 Euro / hour
● After 1 year 17,1945 Euro / hour
● After 2 years 17,3686 Euro / hour
+ Shift compensation:
When working in a 2 shift system = + 12,5 % on above
hourly rates = 18.461 euro gross per hour
- Meal vouchers: 7 euro per day (1,09 personal contribution)
- Eco vouchers: 250 euro per year
- Annual collective bonus based on company performance (max 1000 euro not taxed, only 13,07% social security to be deducted)
- Possibility to participate in hospital insurance at small cost
Net salary per month: 2330 euro + 140 euro meal vouchers!

Your daily job will entail, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Repair of HVAC, sanitary, building gates, lighting, ventilation
- Mechanical repair of racks, transport lorries, barriers (e.g. by welding),roof repair
- Coordination of cleaning activities by external company
- Basic electrical repair of hoisting equipment
