We are looking for a Technical Lead - Analytics to join our AUSY Team and work in a project based in Sibiu or Bucharest (hybrid work model). The project is in collaboration with one of our clients who is seeking to improve the performance of the healthcare system and improve the overall health and well-being of the people. Our client ‘priorities consist in comprehensive care delivery, health benefits & technology, health financial services and financial services.

Tech stack: Azure Synapse, Spark, PowerBI / Cognos, Azure Data solutions, Claims, PBM.

responsibilities
- Work with Client Architects to align technical approach with our client standards;
- Serve as escalation and primary technical point-of-contact for the team;
- Provide technical guidance for other data engineers;
- Design high-performance analytic data models for large scale data environments;
- Participate in development of reporting data repositories and dashboards/reports as needed.
qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience of work with developing Analytic solutions using Azure Synapse, Spark, and PowerBI or Cognos;
- Deep experience with Azure Data solutions;
- Demonstrated experience leading remote technical teams;
- Experience working with Claims and PBM data would be a plus;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Good team working;
- Self-motivated;
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
