As a Subcontract Administration Assistant at Webuild, you will support the Subcontract Administrator in the day-to-day management of subcontractor agreements. You will be involved in preparing claims, managing contractual changes with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation. You will also help maintain subcontractor records, prepare reports, and support with presentations related to subcontract matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and administering subcontractor agreements on a daily basis.
Support the preparation of claims and manage any contractual changes with subcontractors and suppliers.
Draft, edit, and maintain contract reports, presentations, and other documentation related to subcontractor matters.
Ensure the accuracy of all subcontractor-related documents and make necessary edits.
Maintain and update records of subcontractor claims and ensure they are properly registered.
Provide administrative support in tracking and documenting contractual matters.
Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any contractual issues.
Draw up basic correspondence for subcontractors
Review subcontractor invoices to be in accordance with the contract.
1-3 years of relevant experience in subcontract administration or a related field.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, law, or a relevant discipline.
Medium proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to edit and maintain accurate documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or other EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industries is a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or other EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Familiarity with contract and construction law, claims management, and dispute resolution processes.
