We are looking for a Software Quality Manager to join our AUSY Team in a challenging on-site project based in Bucharest - Petrache Poenaru area (hybrid work model) in the biometrics and cybersecurity field. Our client’s playground is represented by: identification, authentication, and securing of people and objects.

This role is a key position in Romania PSI Engineering Excellence Center of more than 100 engineers in charge of the development and delivery of security solutions dedicated to state security issues.

responsibilities
- Sustain Head of PSI Romania;
- Select & monitor QA KPI;
- Contribute to customer survey;
- Support risks and opportunities management;
- Lead PSI Romania Process Efficiency Review;
- Support Business performance;
- Support customer complaints / critical incidents management;
- Organize project quality reviews and guarantees the quality of project deliverables;
- Provide QA deliverable in projects;
- Check and guarantees maturity of R&D deliverables;
- Support Projects & Maintenance management including partners and subcontractors;
- Support Presales for tenders build;
- Ensure Quality performance;
- Assess the organization vs requirements and standards (external & internal);
- Promote best practices sharing across programs;
- Propose and carry out quality improvement plan;
- Report vs Quality performance;
- AGILE
- Train and coach PSI Romania teams in AGILE Process
- Deploy the AGILE process through R&D and customer’ projects;
- Assume that 4 Agile values and 12 Agile principles are perfectly understood and systematically implemented in a circumstantial way by;
- Ensure that all Romania teams and different roles apply Agile values and principles and that everyone is involved according to their role;
- Helps the teams to improve, to be more efficient, autonomous and responsible without leading it.
qualifications
- University Master level or equivalent degree (bachelor +5 years);
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the same Quality Manager function;
- Proven knowledge and experience of AGILE process in engineering environment;
- ISO, quality tools (8D, 5S, QRQC, FMEA, RETEX) and Lean Sigma`s knowledge and practice;
- Audit Management & Risk Management approach;
- Experience in Development methods and tools (CMMI, SPICE);
- Experience of Project / Program Management and customer support;
- Experience of Quality Management in an engineering operational context;
- Influential leadership and initiative;
- Ability to detect people`s emotions and attitudes;
- Mediation skills in conflict management;
- Pedagogy and effective international communication;
- Strong English language skills.
Nice to have:
- French language skills.
