We are on the journey of forming the new motors and large drives company and are therefore looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a first line of contact and for technical and integration queries from Sales team, driving best practices and integration guidelines through each project;
• Planning, preparing, and finalizing the tenders and offers while evaluating costs together with local engineering team;
• Collecting all information and data to process the final offer;
• Analyzing the tender (technical) request
• Securing and evaluating offers coming from subcontractors, partners, consultants etc. in correlation with the Sales Team, Sales Manager, and the Management;
• Acquire Romanian customers and projects in metal, welding and cable (proven track record and customer network is an advantage);
• National travel expected 30%.

• Technical studies in the field of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (TCM);
• Solid technical and commercial knowledge:
• Working knowledge of SAP;
• Solid project management experience:
• +5 years’ experience, and deep knowledge within the following processes: punching, bending, and assembly;
• +5 years experience with 2D and 3D mechanical design software;
• Result and solution-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization;
• Align and collaborate well with local key functions such as Sales, Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and functions from Germany HQ;
• Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage.
