The client is the world leader in niche peristaltic pump manufacture and associated fluid path technologies. Supplying engineering and process expertise and with over one million pumps installed worldwide, their pumps are tried, tested and proven to deliver.
He is looking for a person that can keep existing customers and make safe sales transferring. Being the first field sales engineer, this is a very responsible role for new operations. The prime target is to find and continue business with existing customers. After this stage to continue general market development in Romania and Bulgaria.

Job description

- achieving sales targets for each brand across all sectors, using the resources at his/her disposal;
- main sectors: BioPharm, Industrial, Food and Beverage;
- developing strategies to increase sales into key end-users;
- to follow business processes, e.g. data management within Microsoft AX system;
- to develop and implement her/his key action plans;
- to monitor and review discounts applied to customer accounts, ensuring that discount levels are appropriate;
- to identify decision makers and influencers at key end-users and to make relationship with them;
- to make proposals for effective marketing activities, to co-ordinate campaigns and to participate in exhibitions and conferences.



Requirements

- sales experience of at least 3 years in the Industrial B2B market;
- sales experience with process equipment such as pumps, valves, fluid path equipment;
- proactive sales approach, goal oriented;
- english business language, Bulgarian would be a plus;
- technical higher education;
- high level of integrity, self-motivation and reliability;
- open, friendly and respectful way of communication
- willingness to travel 3-4 days per week within his/her sales area;
- ERP/CRM strong skills are highly valued, complemented by good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- driver licence, B category.
