  • Contributes to the definition of the multi-year Business Plan through in-depth analyses on customer portfolio evolution, sales, and churn trends;
  • Defines go-to-market models, splitting macro-targets into channel specific sales objectives;
  • Partners with sales management leadership in establishing individual targets and team objectives for all sales reps;
  • Contributes to the definition of sales incentive schemes (bonuses/ commissioning) for all sales channels;
  • Monitors sales objectives completion and validates sales compensation payouts;
  • Monitors sales channels activities and customer portfolio evolution and leads specific in-depth analyses on them;
  • Contributes to the long-term energy consumption forecast;
  • Monitors and analyzes energy acquisition and forecast performance;
  • Builds and maintain high quality routine and ad-hoc business reports. 


  • BA/ BS degree or higher (Economics, Accounting or related fields combined);
  • Good understanding of long and short-term forecasting mechanisms;
  • Previous experience in Commercial Planning or other teams that require data analysis and interpretation and sales Planning;
  • 2+ years of experience of Utilities or FMCG in reporting or business planning
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI or Qlik Sense is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of VBA, Power Query or Power Pivot is a plus;
  • Ability to present complex concepts clearly and articulately (written and verbal);
  • English - Fluent.
