  • Experience in building fast processes
  • Proven track record of developing and sustaining business relationships and contributing at a strategic business level to the success of the organization;
  • Experience in leading development teams across multiple countries and locations;
  • Working knowledge of demand management, S&OP, capacity planning, fulfilment, master data and life-cycle management;
  • Bachelor’s degree Economics/Finance or similar;
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM and CSCP accreditations are nice to have;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the area of Supply Chain Planning preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry;
  • Strong English




  • Lead a team of 10 Planners
  • Improving Supply Chain standard processes and programs 
  • Performing monthly supply planning & weekly planning cycle (operational and tactical);
  • Analyzing the changes in forecast and adjusting the supply planning accordingly;
  • Understanding Contract Manufacturing Operations production processes, finding & solving bottlenecks;
  • Performing allocation of available resource based on prioritization rules;
  • Ensuring data maintenance and review.
