We inform you that there is a job opportunity within our company in Iasi/Bucharest for a Technical Leader role. Please find below the requirements a candidate should meet and the main responsibilities for the job.


What will you be doing in this role?

  • Coordinate the team’s effort to support E2E product lifecycle
  • Help to raise the code quality and security awareness by performing code review and security improvements and by raising knowledge in junior/mid population and comparing always to best practices in the field domain
  • Monitor the team performance indicators
  • Encourage creativity and innovation of the team on technical solutions and development activities
  • Improve team visibility on the projects overview
  • Always validate technical solutions in respect to greater picture scope of digitalization
  • Manifest capacity of coordination and collaboration with other internal support groups, technical leads, engineers, suppliers, Customer/s
  • Able to understand and communicate easily with Customer and together assure a continuous value Co-Creation stream
  • Foster a learning environment which promotes a problem-solving attitude by identifying and resolving the root cause of problems
  • Support the team with difficult scenarios and problems by having an responsibility role and identifying the necessary measures or contact points

What we expect from you?

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in working with Java EE
  • Medium experience in working with Angular
  • Medium knowledge of Database concepts and SQL
  • Medium experience on Agile methodology and DevOps concepts
  • Previous experience with applications of Incident/Problem/Change Management processes and best practices
  • Previous experience on software customer support for application
  • Proven experience in preparing technical solutions using MS Office and/or other tools
  • Basic/Medium skills in using Business Intelligence tools
  • Basic/Medium with Jira, Service Now, Splunk, Dynatrace tools is a plus
  • Basic/Medium knowledge of IT infrastructure and familiarity with web technologies (user level), ITIL certification is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Java debugging and review and networking concepts, considered a plus
  • Basic test/debugging skills
  • Language skills: English (B2/C1); German and Italian are considered a plus
  • Nice to have of the Banking business flow or the Credit Process is considered a plus

  • Adaptable and with a Problem Solver attitude in difficult/new situations
  • Fast learner/Action Oriented/ Logical Thinking
  • Customer Management skills (good presentation skills, management of escalations)
  • Communication and collaboration skills easily manifested inside the teams
