Job description

  • Development of search strategies, labor market mapping, continuous monitoring 
  • Independent management of recruitment and selection projects from the beginning of the search project to the end of the process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presentation of candidates, collaboration of the selection process, support of bid / salary negotiations, continuous professional consulting, follow-up)
  • Candidate and customer management, continuous communication and expert support, network building 
  • Continuous self-training, learning and applying the latest recruitment techniques, expanding expertise, participating in internal trainings
  • Initiative and creative attitude, raising independent ideas, suggestions in specific projects or internal processes
  • Opportunity to participate in business development (optional): mapping and initiating new business relationships, participating in professional events and forums, contacting potential clients and business partners


Requirements

  • Higher education, experience in the field of recruitment
  • Practice gained in HR service area and customer management is an advantage 
  • Active, communicative English language skills (other language skills are an advantage, we can definitely use them in-house) 
  • Key competencies: excellent communication skills, assertiveness, initiative, motivation, professional commitment, solution and success-oriented approach, independence, dynamism, flexibility
  • It is an advantage if you have a license, but it is not a condition
