Job description

The Business Manager Temp Division will play a strategic role in implementing the staffing service, with strong focus on blue collar segment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Focus on staffing concept (blue collar) to be implemented in Romania
  • Build, manage, qualify and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to this business opportunity in the market
  • Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and in-persons visits which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client
  • Market the talent’s skills, knowledge and abilities to the right companies so that we make the match for the client and talent
  • Key-account relationship management 
  • Build and coordinate a team dedicated to staffing service
  • Ensure the efficient application in the team of all the main processes in compliance with the company's policies, rules and internal regulations




Requirements

  • Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in the recruitment and staffing areas and also B2B sales experience (consultative selling) 
  • Very good business understanding
  • Good connoisseur of the labor market 
  • Analysis, creation and implementation of strategies
  • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
  • Ability to implement decisions together with the management team
  • Have a history of strong team oriented work approach, not only solo success
