Job description

- intocmire contracte de munca, adeverinte, incetari, suspendari - opereaza in REVISAL;
- mentinerea legaturii cu angajatii companiei in vederea oferirii documentelor necesare solicitate de acestia: adeverinte, fluturasi salariu, etc;
- calcul bonusuri oferite de companie (casatorie, nastere copil, sarbatori, vacanta);
- calcul concediu de odihna & medical, cota de absenta;
- plati, calcule salariale si bonuri de masa;
- crearea de noi posturi in sistemul SAP, schimbare date in sistem;
- instroducerea instruirilor anagajatilor in sistem;
- efectueaza inchiderile lunare;
- se ocupa de depunerea declaratiilor;
- se ocupa de transferurile externe.;
- raportare catre Grup: overtime, absenteism, salarii etc.

Requirements

- persoana deschisa, pozitiva, flexibila, implicata, multitasking;
- minim 3 ani intr-un rol similar (admin si payroll);
- studii finalizate - in HR sau economic;
- limba engleza mediu spre avansat;
- experienta intr-o companie cu volum de personal;
- de preferat sa fi facut cursul de Inspector Resurse Umane/ Payroll/ Admin;
- experienta de lucru cu SAP - nice to have;
- excel avansat: pivot, vlookup, if;
- experienta in operare REVISAL.
