Job description

- people talent sourcing:
- coordinate and facilitate the Human Resourcing process from need identification till its fulfillment (candidate hired);
- facilitate finding internal candidate keeping priority for internal promotion when possible;
- coordinate external search using optimal searching tool and ensure best candidate selection;
- negotiate C&B package in line with company policy and local talent strategy;
- provide input to Headcount Planning and Succession Planning process;
- obtain / write Job Description, have work contract prepared and have them signed whenever needed;
- coordinate on-boarding;

- hr administration:
- complete all HR administration tasks according to HR procedures;
- prepare payroll input, handle payroll process for Romania office;
- complete reporting internally and externally;

- hr cycle management:
- performance management process, talent management, H/C planning, salary raise, grade promotion, Employee satisfaction survey, leadership assessment, L&D;

- hr business partnering:
- act as a business partner to local business leaders.
- understand company business direction, recommend and implement HR initiatives to support company performance;

- system and process improvement:
- continuously check improvement opportunities, create simpler, faster, solution in own job frame;

- corporate culture:
- contribute to improving corporate culture of the company with every-day work activity and behavior;


- 4+ years of experience in payroll management and HR
- awareness of Romanian Labor code;
- experience in annual HR cycle management;
- flexibility, team-play, ready for team role substitution;
- fast reaction and execution time;
- good in counselling and servicing colleagues;
- english language - advanced level.
