Randstad is looking for an Export Sales Coordinator!

Job description

- supporting the Sales Director and the Key Account Managers, keep in touch with the head office
- continuous usage of Navision, setting prices
- close co-operation with the costumer service and with the accounting regarding to costs and invoices
- prepare bonus pay-offs
- attend sales meetings in case of relevant topic
- prepare documents for the negotiations, collect the required data from concerned colleagues
- communication with partners
- handle, introduce and summarise actions
- confirmation of commerical invoices
- set and maintain new products in Navision system
- integrate, provide product availability and keep the relevant commercial folder systems, statements, bargain lists up to date
- office management tasks (with 4 employees in the office)


Requirements

- at least secondary school degree
- at least 2 years relevant experience as a sales coordinator
- advantage: FMCG experience
- good computer skills
- good analytical skills
- good communications skills
- good coordination skills
- strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- native Romanian, excelent HUngarian level and negotiations level in English
