Randstad is recruiting Billing Agents for a company that provides engineering, procurement and construction services in various industries.

Job description

- prepare customer invoices in accordance with billing conditions and instructions;
- prepare inter-company invoices;
- issue and send customer invoices, including payment to customers' self-service sites;
- issue credit notes;
- issue monthly statements of account for internal and external clients;
- update project information so that billing terms are always maintained;
- update all project invoicing documentation in the central repository.


- advanced French level (B2+), knowledge of English (B1);
- university degree or relevant work experience;
- excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- basic knowledge of Oracle or other ERP is a plus.
