Organisation/Department

The hiring client is a French retail clothing company which manufactures and sells its own collections of women's clothing at an international level, based on a network of more than 1000 stores (including 600 in France) located in 18 countries.
In Romania they own 5 stores, all coordinated from their head office in Bucharest, Golden Blitz Center.

Job description

Main responsibilities:
- providing smooth communication between the stores in Romania and other countries;
- checking the correspondence;
- translating certain emails and procedures from French to Romania and vice versa;
- verification of documents provided by the stores: checking the invoices and the basic accountancy documents;
- in touch with the payroll department;
- office management;
- in touch with the maintenance and cleaning department.

Requirements

- BAC diploma;
- medium level of French;
- organised, responsible and proactive person;
- no professional experience required.

Offer

- part-time job;
- 9-15 from Monday to Friday;
- fixed salary;
