Webuild is hiring a Procurement Planner for its Bucharest branch office
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and managing systematic data collection;
• defining the most effective tools for surveying data and procedures to adhere to;
• Assuring the relevance, completeness and accuracy of the data;
• Evaluating the efficiency of data collection processes and proposing corrective action, if required;
• Uploading Procurement Plan monthly and maintaining the actual and plan view with the most updated and accurate data;
• Supporting the monthly Procurement Program Plan consolidation process;
• Assuring the accuracy of budget data, verifying any modification to budget and guaranteeing the correct saving calculation;
• Evaluation of the workload resulting from the procurement plan and identification of planning roadblocks for defining actions to improve planning and priorities;
• Monitoring Procurement costs and trends and perform cost/price analysis and verifying any deviations from the budget, quantity or specifications;
• If necessary, supporting the management and updating of the Group Commodities Classification List, the bidding processes and the creation of business cases or make-or-buy analysis, inventory and warehouse control and analysis.
• Highlight each deviation item by item of the procurement plan in terms of each activity forecast and verify potential cost impact.
5-10 years' experience gained in Procurement Departments
Bachelor Degree in Economics and/or Engineering.
Civil Engineering skills;
Excellent use of MS Office; SAP MM, Business Intelligence Software.
Available to travel and stay to/at worksites and at joint venture sites.
Fluent English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).

Excellent organizational and decision-making skills;
Results-oriented;
Excellent communication and relational skills.
