We are looking for a very good Pricing Specialist for Shell company.
Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies, operating in over 70 countries and territories and employing more than 80.000 people.
Job purpose
The role of the Pricing Specialist is a key role within the CRT organisation covering European responsibility, with focus on Romania and ADRIA countries (e.g. Slovenia, Italy). The Pricing Specialist will be a key contributor to the value generation by maximising the integrated margin income for CRT. This is an excellent role for someone who has a passion to drive outstanding business results.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of competitive pricing solutions in the current changing markets to sustain and grow business profitability whilst understanding and anticipating customer needs and competitor landscape.
- Offer support in development of different projects together with the Pricing experts within the CRT team.
- Involved in framing and implementing business development of pricing growth agenda for CRT.
- Delivering annual incremental growth through series of new, innovative and ground-breaking pricing initiatives and integrated customer offers.
- Managing complex field of internal stakeholders consisting of Sales teams, business decision-makers.
Requirements
- Role requires with strong analytical skills, curiosity and proactivity
- Good understanding of the fuels value chain or pricing to B2B customers-represents a plus
- Strong team player in a cross functional environment with excellent communications skills
- Strategic thinking ability, as well as a strong performance track record
- "Let's do it" mentality with hands on thinking and strong positive attitude
- Experience in B2B, Sales, or Mobility-can be a plus
- English Language Advanced-C1
