The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with supervisors, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires expertise in using project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Tilos, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update work programs to ensure timely project completion.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and supervisors to align project timelines and objectives.
Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Break down large projects into manageable development phases.
Utilize project management tools (Primavera P6 and Tilos) to plan timeframes and track project progress.
Work with estimators to assess resource needs for each project.
Plan contingency strategies to accommodate potential changes in project timeframes.
Regularly meet with engineers and clients to review project status and address any concerns.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction processes, working both from office settings and on-site.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project planning or a related field.
Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Primavera P6 and Tilos.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to produce detailed reports and forecasts.
Knowledge of construction industry standards and processes.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Medium proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to travel between office locations and construction sites as needed.
