Working hours: they work in 2 shifts (06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.30).

One week the employee works in the morning and the other week in the afternoon. Occasionally it will happen that they have to work on Saturdays, about 4 or 5 times a year. If they need to work on a Saturday, it will only be in the morning. 

Pause: the employees have 50 minutes of break time per day. 2x 20 minutes and 1x 10 minutes. This is not at fixed times because of corona. Not everyone can have a break at the same time, so during the day everyone has a break at different times.

This company is a renowned business that builds trucks, buses and engines for ships all over the world. Their biggest production site is in Zwolle. At the factory in Zwolle, over 180 trucks are built per day!

We are constantly looking for enthusiastic colleagues who want to help build the trucks fulltime. 

You will work in a team and the team will be responsible for one specific part of the truck, for example the engine. Together with your team you make sure every day that every single truck has the right engine and it is connected in just the right way. You use tools and technical knowledge to do this.

Everyone has 5 minutes to do their job per truck, then the next truck comes along.

Sometimes it will be physically challenging, you have to be able to push and pull and lift some items. Anything over 10 kilograms you will not have to lift yourself, there are tools available to help you lift. It is not too heavy, both men and women can do this but physical problems are not recommended. 

The transport from Romania to Netherland it is NOT provided by the company! The transportation it is organized by each candidate individually! 

The company provides the transport in Netherlands, for each employee, from the accommodation location (Netherlands) to work location and return back.
