• Conduct organizational needs analysis to create learning strategies and training plans aligned to strategic initiatives and project objectives;
• Define learning objectives and success metrics, gather feedback, monitor results and make recommendations as necessary to ensure change adoption;
• Ensure all employees achieve competencies necessary to fully adopt upcoming process and technology changes;
• Work independently or collaboratively with internal and/or external partners to deliver quality training materials using a wide range of media;
• Plan, support, and secure resources to execute on-site and virtual training sessions;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate upcoming changes to determine training needs and plan for delivery;
• Coordinate efforts with other Change Management Office personnel and/or consultants;
• Track and report risks and issues;
• Support Hypercare/project close out via retrospectives and sharing lessons learned;
• Contribute to continually improve the change methodology, training materials, e-learning tools and training delivery, driving effectiveness and efficiency;
• Act as a change agent to implement and manage best practices across the organization;
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities in small to medium-sized initiatives;
• Manage change network activities and engagement;
• Review change materials to ensure appropriate content and delivery for users;
• Provide support for some testing activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering learning solutions in support of process or technology implementations/transformations;
• Minimum 1 year of instructional design;
• Experience leading change initiatives, process improvement and/or simplification initiatives;
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning, training and development principles and techniques, and a wide range of learning solutions (., e-learning, instructor led, video, job aid);
• Knowledge of and experience with current e-learning development technology and Microsoft products plus emerging technology trends for the development and delivery of learning resources;
• Project management experience; managing and completing projects efficiently and effectively in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Exposure to the consumer product industry;
• Innovative, creative, curious mindset, and passion for learning about, experimenting with and championing new approaches, platforms, and technologies;
• Flexible in dealing with changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity;
• Experience handling sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion;
