    For our client recognized globally as one strongly connected with the agricultural sector, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

     

    As an HR BP you will be responsible for:

    -The entire recruitment process;

    -Employee life cycle processes and employee experience;

    -Coordinating the annual employee opinion survey;

    -The employee benefits;

    -Counseling and advising management on a variety of topics related to talent

    management, including implementation of training, performance management, and organizational reviews;

    -Coordinating the performance review cycle and target setting;

    -Internal communication;

    -Maintaining proposed & agreed HR processes and policies.

     

    You are the ideal candidate if you:

    -Have experience in all the above mentioned HR functions: recruitment, performance management, internal communication, personnel management and administration, procedures, employer branding. 

    -Are a proactive type of personality;

    -Have strong sense of professional skills;

    -Have high-level of commitment;

    -Are very efficient in communication with other persons.
