for a hands-on HR Generalist, which will make its mark according to the new challenges in the market
and the future plans of the company.
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for:

- Various HR topics (HR issues and processes, labor legislation, in the area of expertise, etc.);
- Contributes to the recruitment, evaluation and career development processes;
- Ensures legal compliance of the personnel file evidence;
- Collects monthly working time records of all employees and checks them; checks the payroll
documents and performs the input of the employee payments, according to the payroll procedure.
Check the payroll calculation monthly basis before submitting for payment;
- Internal communication;
- HR processes and policies;
- Organizes off-sites, HR events and team-building activities.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
● Have experience in all the above mentioned HR functions: recruitment, performance
management, internal communication, personnel management and administration, procedures.
