Are you an HR professional with a passion for leadership and a people-centric approach? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a dynamic company in Otopeni, specializing in the import and export of food products. This role is ideal for someone who energizes others, makes courageous decisions, and is deeply committed to the development and growth of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure and manage the annual HR department budget with a realistic and achievable approach;
Recruit and retain top talent that aligns with the company's culture;
Foster team cohesion by organizing events with strong participation;
Identify and propose training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, with a focus on communication and leadership;
Lead the annual evaluation process to drive employee performance improvement;
Strengthen the company's organizational culture by reinforcing the authority of top and middle management;
Ensure legal compliance in payroll and HR administration processes;
Oversee a thorough induction process for new employees and monitor their performance periodically;
Provide support as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach for the company and its employees, with a keen understanding of human behavior, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Requirement:
A university degree is required; additional qualifications (master’s in HR or psychology, PhD, MBA, etc.) are highly valued;
Completion of specialized HR courses is essential (e.g., HR inspector, payroll inspector);
At least 5 years of experience in HR management;
Advanced English skills;
Experience with ReviSal and at least one payroll software, preferably WizSalary.
