We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for an HR Business Partner at a leading company in the automotive industry, renowned for its innovation and excellence. In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources team and play a crucial role in implementing and managing HR strategies, working closely with local management to support organizational development and success.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining HR standards, policies, and processes within your area of responsibility.
• Acting as a business partner to local management.
• Managing the entire HR cycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, salary increases, promotions, employee satisfaction surveys, and development.
• Providing consultancy on team management, organization, and labor law.
• Supporting employees through transitions or career development (mobility/training).
• Implementing organizational development decisions and supporting organizational changes.
• Understanding the company's business direction and recommending HR initiatives to support performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Relevant HR experience, preferably in HRBP, HR generalist, or HR specialist roles.
• Ability to understand the business context, objectives, and strategy, and provide proactive advice.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and build complex relationships at various organizational levels.
• Experience working with management teams and implementing business strategy.
• Excellent judgment and conflict management skills.
• Strong personality and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Romanian Labor Code.
• Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
