A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Head of Marketing Coordination to manage marketing strategy, oversee budget planning, sales and operations coordination, and maintain key relationships with authorities and market research entities. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and manage the commercial action cycles and reforecasting within the marketing area.
Analyze and track brand study results, including Pre/Post advertising tests.
Create and manage project specifications for ad-hoc studies (ePanel, Mystery Shopper).
Prepare reports on S&OP activities, budgets, pricing diagnostics, and other product-related financial analyses.
Serve as the key interface between the marketing department and financial control.
Represent the company in discussions with local authorities (DGPCI, RAR, AFM) and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Higher education in a relevant field (preferably marketing or economics).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing marketing projects, ideally with a focus on market forecasting.
Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and project management.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced level of English; French is an advantage.
