The Global Digital and SAP Identity Security Lead for user access management is actively involved in day-to-day operations of Identity & Access Management: responsible for managing 30+ offshore resources to ensure smooth and compliant operations of user access management; responsible for enforcing security processes, policies, and controls; responsible for service delivery, process improvements, and user experience; and responsible IT Governance over managed services related to access management.
The position is a Global Digital and SAP Identity Security Lead for User Access Management for Enterprise applications such as active directory, exchange, O365, Citrix, VPN/Remote access, AS400, etc. (20+ systems/applications)
Lead for Governance over Managed Services Partner
Global IT Security Lead for the review and recertification for AD User Delegation, Exchange admins, Manhattan, TRECSs
Continuously evaluate and assess performance of external partners.
Responsible for the management of Digital identity Service Requests published in the IT Service Portal, responsible for designing service catalogs and new service requests for if in-scope service requests.
Lead for reporting and generation of dashboards via IT Service Portal for in-scope service requests
Manager - Point of contact for Infrastructure and applications service delivery issues for third party consultants.
Manager - Point of contact for Risk Services on user provisioning questions and Service Incident Requests for in-scope requests (non-SAP) and collaboration on best approach to handle security exception related customer needs
Actively collaborates and leads in partnership with various teams such as Service Desk, Exchange, Active Directory/Wintel, OneSource for Onboarding Excellence and IA-COE teams for process improvements, efficiencies, and operational excellence
Leads SoX and PCI audits from IAM perspective and deploys required remediation as well as process improvements
Key resource for deployment and support of Digital Identity Technology solutions for identity and access management, continue to explore and support automation opportunities, works closely with platform support team for development of additional use cases as well as process documentation to deploy best practices in IDM. Reviews and provides guidance for automated process defects and bug fixes.
Lead for access management processes and workflow for Identity Technology access management automation, end-user journeys and identities. Review and support enhancements to deployed workflows as well as review and support all new workflows from initiation thru deployment to production
Actively explores process improvements opportunities and enhancement of user experience
Daily review of compliance reports and ensure that necessary corrective measures are deployed
Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions – Support migration of access/accounts and all aspects of access management.
Drive CSI and compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education level: Associate’s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years related experience
% Travel Time: 5-10%
Required Language Proficiency: English
Licenses or Certifications: Security Certifications, ITIL preferred and Six sigma

Mentor, train, educate, and lead external partners. Provide guidance and security awareness when needed for business users and support staff.
Budget Responsibility
Understanding of l budget, cost allocation, planning of project budgets & finance management is preferred and view of value realization opportunities by simplifying tools, eco system or processes. As we leverage large 3rd party services, and each manager has a responsibility on validation the Resource units and cost of service that impact our budget.
