Main responsabilities:
Accountable for the quality of own work.

to current and new end customers.
Negotiate and close sales of products and/or services.
Visits customers, partners, prepares, plans tours and documentation.
Implement a Regional Portfolio Strategy for LWS products to drive faster product sales aligned
with customer-segment approach and Strategic Initiatives.
Conduct technical training to local and regional distributors including in-field training, new hire training, new product launch training, market segment training.
Propose and lead trainings & seminars through identification of needs and manage content.
Support product and market segment Plan of actions (POAs) in alignment with line and marketing
manager.
Tradeshow participation for gathering market, competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
Drive together with marketing colleagues the full development of business potentials and
sustainable, profitable business growth – short term and long term.
Cooperates and implements strategies together with regional management to work as one team,
sharing resources and maximize business profitability.
Who you are:
Higher degree in Life Science / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology Engineering / Chemical
Engineering/ Engineering/ Physics/ Electronics.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Chemical / Life Science laboratory instrument business,
experience with Lab Water Solution equipments is a plus.
Knowledge and background of Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical industries, emerging markets
and related applications.
Analytical skills.
Good knowledge of standard office software – Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, ERP/ CRM,
specialized software for analytical devices.
Romanian, Advanced English language level, Bulgarian is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn about existing or new products, analyze the markets, draw and execute a future –
oriented Portfolio Strategy Development.
Strong business sense including customer - centric approach, focused on quality and technical excellence,
with high sense of urgency.
Clear driving licence, B cat.
Fluent in English (company official language is English).
