1. Development of strategies for sustainable sales growth and gross margin
improvement in Traditional Trade channel
2. Development of Annual Operating Plan/Periodic Profit Forecasts for Traditional
Trade channel
3. Delivery of Traditional Trade channel P&L targets: GS, TI, NR , C1 in line with
company assigned budgets. Optimizing return on trade investment TI% and
product mix to grow C1.
4. Delivery of sales objectives in traditional trade channel via: :
● Delivery of sell in and sell out targets in the channel
● Development and execution of joint business plans
● Execution of merchandising standards by assigned customers
● Ensuring optimal distribution reach by brand/ priority lines
● Ensuring timely and effective novelties launches
● Determining effective brand/store activations in line with company guidelines
● Controlling and optimizing customers stocks
● Setting and supporting the execution of P&L targets and sales objectives for
distributors in line with Romania AOP/ PF in collaboration with Distributors
Managers
● Leading/supporting Distributors Mgrs in annual negotiations with assigned
customers including yearly business plan.
5. Leading the team of Distributor Managers: setting the objectives, performance
evaluation as well as on the job coaching and motivating of direct reports.
6. Ongoing controlling and management of in store merchandising standards
execution by an appointed 3
rd party provider. Management of the partnership
with the provider in line with the contract & the budget.
7. Developing and maintaining a effective and sustainable relationships with
Company’s customers by ensuring the following standard are achieved in
Traditional Trade channel :
● Ensuring full execution of customer contracts in line with Coty compliance
standards
● Ensuring complete and timely operational support to TT customers in terms of
assortment, listings, launches, promo activations, in store execution quality, trading
settlement etc.
● Thorough understanding of Traditional Trade business and customers. Identifying
channel improvement opportunies to provide better results.
● Ensuring effective and timely communications between TT customers and internal
team
8. Creating, tracking and delivering accurate performance reports as per direct
managers’ requests.

1. Supporting Company’s interest and good reputation at all times
2. Observing internal policies and compliance standards and national laws
