You will be offered monthly contracts via Randstad. After 6 months, and on the condition of finding your own accommodation and a good evaluation , you can be offered a permanent contract directly with the company.
The first half of your first contract is a trial period during which both parties can end the contract at any time.

2-shift system
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- Morning shift: 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 1-9 p.m.
We can provide temporary housing if necessary. This housing is 25 km from the company.
Own transport is necessary. A car is necessary.
Since the goal of this project is long term recruitment, people should be willing to find their own accommodation in time. They will be guided by the specialist of Randstad Crossborder.
In the region of the company it is easily achievable to find own accommodation for a price of 600 - 800 euro’s/month
The cost of the accommodation that we provide will be 125 euro per week, incl. electricity, water, gas and internet. Pictures in annex.
However this is only a temporary residence. The ultimate goal is to find your own accommodation to place your main residence.
