Job description

- assisting customers with a wide variety of account queries regarding to games, including payment, login, verification;
- identifying correctly customers requests and solving problems reported by them, according to working procedures;
- maintaining a friendly and professional approach;
- introducing and processing all requirements and solutions proposed in the integrated system used by the company.
