We are looking for an Analytics Developer to join our AUSY Team to work on a project based in Sibiu or Bucharest (hybrid work model). The project is in collaboration with one of our clients who is seeking to improve the performance of the healthcare system and improve the overall health and well-being of the people. Our client ‘priorities consist in comprehensive care delivery, health benefits & technology, health financial services and financial services.

For this role we are looking to expand the team with 3 more colleagues with experience in Azure Synapse, Spark, Power BI / Congos.

responsibilities
- Develop Synapse Repository;
- Develop Analytic Data models, Dashboards and Reports;
- Responsible for accurate and thorough documentation of product/components;
- Product maintenance and customer issue support;
- Develop and maintain production and non-production environments and identify application issues as well as opportunities to fine-tune and optimize performance.
qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing Analytic solutions using Azure Synapse;
- Previous work experience with Spark, PowerBI or Cognos;
- Familiarity with Azure Data solutions would be a big plus;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Good team working;
- Self-motivated;
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
